Submission & Results
  • Admin: Registers academic years, departments, and classes. Registers faculty members and assigns chairpersons to departments and coordinators to classes. Responsible for overall system configuration and control.
  • Chairperson: Assigned to a department and can view all academic and project activities across the entire department, including teams, milestones, submissions, and evaluation progress.
  • Coordinator: Assigned to a specific class and manages all class-level activities. Registers students, forms project teams, assigns guides, creates milestones with corresponding rubrics, evaluates submissions, and publishes marks.
  • Guide: Assigned to specific project teams and can view only those teams. Reviews student submissions, accesses uploaded documents or links, and enters rubric-based marks for assigned teams.
  • Student: Works as part of a project team, uploads files or submits links for each milestone before the due date, and can view evaluation marks only after they are published by the coordinator.

Project Workflow

  1. Admin configures academic years, departments, classes, and faculty roles.
  2. Each department is assigned a chairperson for academic oversight.
  3. Each class is assigned a coordinator to manage project activities.
  4. Coordinator registers students and forms project teams.
  5. Each project team is assigned a guide.
  6. Coordinator defines project milestones along with evaluation rubrics.
  7. Students submit documents or links for each milestone before the due date.
  8. Guides and coordinators evaluate submissions using rubric-based marking.
  9. Marks are published by the coordinator and become visible to students.
